Our Products
We have two software solutions for the Community Action space, LITT and WAPLink. Each provides a custom solution to the given needs of that program or collection of programs. They both are utilizing a web based portal accessible from any internet browser along with a mobile app for both Android and IOS. These solutions allow both the staff and customers served an easier more seamless experience.
LITT
Our first is a CSBG managemnet software called LITT (Lifting Individuals Through Technology). It provides tools for customer intake such as custom dashboard, customer mobile app, built-in video chat, and eligibility calculator. The flow of information from customer directly into the LITT system allows a 24/7 intake process with various queues to organize and handle case management. This information can then be queried in reports or monitored on a case by case level by both agency and state.
WAPLink
Our second is a Weatherization management software called WAPLink. It provides a comprehensive tool that covers every detail from initial audit to detailed work orders to final inspection. It provides tools for data capture such as laser measurement and a sketch tool for custom floorplans. This data is then instantly shared with admins, contractors, and inspectors. The flow of information allows more time in the field interacting with customers then reinputting data at the office. All this information can then be queried with a variety of reports, custom or standard.
